Hi, I’m Rita! I’m Colombian at heart, living life with my dear husband, our precious baby boy, a dog who thinks he’s human and two cats who believe they run the house. I work as a standardized patient coordinator by day, but my greatest joy is writing about the things that shape me most; my walk with God, the beauty (and challenges!) of motherhood, and the journey of womanhood.
The book of Habakkuk inspires me daily; it reminds me that even when life feels uncertain, “the righteous shall live by faith.” That truth grounds me as I share stories, reflections, and little glimpses of everyday grace. This blog is my corner to be real, to laugh, to learn, and to celebrate life with God at the center.
